something about admins

I have my own wiki Lizzie McGuire wiki. And, I'm wondering how to let a user be an admin. So the user can be one. 'Cause she's created more than 20 articles. When, I didn't know how to turn off the new toolbar. But, now I do. The user has been editing for months and so he/she needs to be one. Just, please tell me how to make she/he one!!!!!! Hi Pirakafreak24! I'm Swannie from Logo Creation Wiki, and I just got back to editing wikis after several months that I couldn't because of my busy schedule. Now, I am starting to make the skins that many admins on wikis requested. New templates

I found a new cool way to do templates my friend from the nickelodeon wiki taught me. Please tell me if you like it, these are 3 new and cool designed templates i made

I know i think some of the pages with those don't look so good that you can't just press the button i think i'll go to the phineas and ferb wiki because they have a show button and then hide if that doesn't work we could both search for one i'll tell my friend at Nickelodeon wikia about that.
