Considered Kim Possible's arch-nemesis, Dr. Drakken is the villain with the most appearances on the series. His primary goal is absolute world domination. His born name is Drew Theodore P. Lipsky. In Alvin and the Chipmunks: Reflection, he was briefly mentioned in Simon Seville's second alternate biography.
Age: Unknown, late 30s to mid 40s.
Height: About 5'10"
Weight: 180 lbs (82 kg) (estimated)
Hair: Black, ponytailed
Skin: Blue, exact reason unknown(it turned back to normal when he briefly turned to good in bad boy)
Ethnic Extraction: Caucasian-American, perhaps Polish or Russian based on original surname.
Drakken's main outfit is a blue double-breasted coat and trousers, with black gloves and boots. Apart from prison uniforms, he is seldom seen in anything else.
Shego is his sidekick most of the time. He has also worked temporarily with The BeBes (whom he created), Duff Killigan, DNAmy, his cousin Motor Ed, and the evil temp Hank Perkins. He teamed up with Monkey Fist in A Sitch In Time, but that timeline was erased.
He employs a staff of henchmen as general-purpose minions and lackeys.
Kim Possible is his arch-nemesis. He's also not too fond of Ron Stoppable, but for most of the series he never bothered to learn his name. Professor Dementor is something of a professional rival, as he is the more successful mad scientist that more people have heard of, inducing great envy and hatred in Drakken; the two feud rather openly. He was cellmates with Frugal Lucre for some months, between the events of So The Drama and early Season 4, and their relationship was not the best.
Talents and Skills
Drakken is a brilliant but insane scientist, able to create some truly marvelous devices and inventions, but those that Kim Possible or her associates don't destroy tend to fail on their own. His main strength seems to be having Shego on hand, as he would not be as dangerous without significant help.As shown in the season 3 episode "Bad Boy " he likes to cook
Drakken appears in more episodes than any other villain, edging out Shego because of a single episode where he appears and she doesn't.
His voice is provided by the versatile John DiMaggio.
